Emotional Labour

I aint convince that it exist till it occurred right in front of me, role played by someone I know. I feel that the performer is hypocritical. and it triggered off images that once appalled me. Just that my forgetful nature concealed it from my mind when this phrase is coined in HR2002. To master 2 faced role playing, all you need is a sweet smile and the task is almost done.

The best thing that happened to me so far is that Bruce Willis gave me a brilliant smile at 3rd Promenade, Santa Monica. It is still deeply etched in my mind!
